Storytelling
I'm Cielo, a generalist product designer with 5 years in this journey. I can say my story started in an unexpected place: studying oil flow equations. Yes, I'm a petroleum engineer by training (a plot twist nobody sees coming when they look at my current work).

But here's the thing: I always knew I wanted to solve problems, just in a different way. While my classmates calculated pressures and volumes, I wondered why certain interfaces made me feel frustrated or why some spaces inspired me more than others.
That curiosity led me down a fascinating path toward multidisciplinary design.
My self-taught approach took me deep into visual arts, photography, video, and design. In recent years, I've developed an interest in words, creative writing, and mental processes, so I've become an obsessive researcher of attention mysteries, why we lose focus, how creativity gets triggered, and especially, how pauses (those moments we usually underestimate) can help us have our best ideas.
As a Product Designer,
I've had the opportunity to work with great industry leaders and share experiences with diverse teams that taught me something fundamental: product design goes beyond the visual. It's about understanding the complete ecosystem: real user needs, business goals, the true value of data, and now, how artificial intelligence is redefining every aspect of our work.
I'm genuinely excited about this unique moment in design history. New technologies, especially AI, are not only changing how we design interfaces, but they're transforming the entire discipline.
